All items in our shop are made-to-order just for you. This helps reduce waste and ensures you're receiving a custom-created product. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing or color choices

  • Changes of mind

  • General dissatisfaction without a product defect

At Sharks Are Born Swimming™, every item is made to order—created just for you once you place an order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or general preference.

That said, your satisfaction matters. Here's how we handle things:

📦 Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives with a manufacturing error, print issue, or is damaged in transit, we’ll make it right.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

    • A clear photo of the product and the issue

    • Description of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Send a free replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund, including shipping
